The Pedal Therapy bike accommodates up to 13 passengers; everyone is tasked with the responsibility of pedaling to keep the bike moving. The rental fee includes the cost of paying a driver to direct and navigate tours of historic downtown Norfolk, including several stops at the newest and most iconic bars and pubs along Norfolk Avenue and beyond.
