Parking Update

All downtown parking lots managed by the Vehicle Parking District (see map below) are open parking and free to use by downtown customers, residents, and employees. There will be no change to existing parking laws, which includes no overnight parking (unless you have a residential parking pass) and the two-hour limit for on street parking. The City Clerk will issue residential parking permits, at no charge, to the landowner for distribution to tenants. Residential parking permit holders will not have a designated parking area in any specific parking lot, they will be allowed to park in any lot. If you haven’t already, please contact the Clerk at (402) 844-2000 with the number of permits needed for your downtown tenants.

Below is a wayfinding map of VPD parking lots in downtown. Also attached is a copy of the wayfinding signage plan for parking lots.
